- Changes to the project scope are requested by the client
- Material costs increase significantly
We will inform you of any significant changes to the estimate before proceeding with additional work.
Payment Terms

Client Responsibilities

Warranty and Guarantee

- Manufacturer warranties on materials and products used
Our warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper use or maintenance
- Normal wear and tear

Limitation of Liability

- Our Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel services if site conditions are unsafe or if client obligations are not met.
Intellectual Property
All designs, plans, and documentation created by Alvarez Carpentry Corp remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may use these materials for the specific project but may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be resolved through mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
